"Bang ... there is a call from the village, said the monument to the grandfather of our debauch!" Said my brother from Medan via the telephone. It's the duty of Batak people, that we must build a monument to commemorate the ancestors!! Of all the descendants of ancestors, counsel planned establishment of the monument, and it usually costs in shared responsibility, but descendants migrated to the cities always give more than that already in agree !! After grand monument stands at the entrance to the village, and then negotiate again to formalize and tell the king and the general public in the form of a party with the accompanied Gondang Batak (Batak special music). The party was held 2 or 3 days full of fun!
Then I contact relatives in Pekan Baru (a small town on the island of Sumatra) Horas (typical greeting Batak) Uda (brother of the father) ... I heard our grandparents monument celebrating going on??
